All quotes and estimates provided by Epoxy Flooring Pacific Inc. are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and labor requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written contract before work begins.

Deposits and Payment

A deposit may be required before work begins, typically 25–50% of the estimated total. Final payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Scheduling

Project start dates are estimated and may be affected by weather, material availability, and other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to complete projects in a timely manner and keep you informed of any delays.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring access to the work area
• Removing valuables and personal items from the space
• Disclosing any known hazards or special conditions
• Providing accurate site measurements and conditions

Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms are provided in writing with each project contract. Warranty coverage varies by service type and typically ranges from 1–5 years for material and workmanship.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable for projects already in progress or custom-ordered materials. We reserve the right to cancel any project at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Epoxy Flooring Pacific Inc.'s liability is limited to the contract price. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Epoxy Flooring Pacific Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission.
